Visual Money is a smart and easy-to-use personal budgeting software. It is not overloaded by useless features and has simple and nicely-looking interface.

I downloaded Visual Money and think it is really worth a try (it gives 15 days free trial). It doesn't have such number of features as Quicken but it provides all basic financial functionality - accounts management, categories and payees support, informative reports, QIF import/export etc. Personally for me it is more than enough for my money management. The really good thing in this software is very clean and intuitive interface which makes it particularly useful for "newbies".

I like You Need A Budget because it teaches solid financial habits while tracking a budget. YNAB also does not have all of Quicken or Microsoft Money's features, but it takes personal budgeting to a new level in a way that neither of those titles do. I have not yet checked out Visual Money.
